Hi, my name's Alexis. I live in one of the greenest places you'll find in Oregon. I love nature and being outdoors, it's great fun. I love animals too, sometimes more than I like people. Reptiles have a special place in my heart, they fascinate me and I think they're pretty amazing.

Snakes such as pythons and boas especially interrest me. Also I've recently started learning more about native reptiles in the Pacific Northwest.

Well, reptiles of course, also sustainable living, backpacking, art, music, wildlife conservation, ecology, environmental studies, plants and animals, herbology, etc...

Unfortunantly I'll never have the time, money, or space for all the reptiles I'd like to have. But some day I'd really love to get a Sumatran Blood Python and a Suriname Red Tail Boa. Also Savannah Monitors have interrested me and i'd love to raise larger lizards. Oh and a long list of various ball python morphs. Piebald, spider and lavendar albino are at the top of that list. If only I could afford it...

Yeah, he is. He's never bit, tail-slapped, or hissed at me yet. He does squirm a bit though, since he isn't used to being held. We're trying to get him to eat pinkies since they need to be in his diet, but he tends to only go after crickets.

See it already started, "I'll probably get a female for him a little later.", LOL...........well good luck with him, boa constrictors are my favorite.

Thats cool, look forward to seeing some pics. Now you know you have to get another boa so that one's not all alone..............then just one more because who only has two? Then of course you can't have an odd number...........a year later you'll end up with 57 boas, LOL. Just like me!

Thanks for the add. Love your background pic by the way.

No problem!

And thank you so much for the comments. If there's one thing that I love doing it's photographing my snakes. Some of those shots took over half and hour to get, LOL.
