Hi, my name is Christie. I'm the mother of two beautiful children, and wife to a wonderful man. Besides my family, my biggest passion is animals. Oh, and I'm an experienced beaver rehabilitator.... nuff said. lol.
MY HERPETOLOGICAL INTERESTS
I am currently on my second season of breeding ball pythons. I also enjoy attending reptile shows, when possible. Daytona here I come!
MY GENERAL INTERESTS
Who would have thought, but I have become slightly addicted to the gym. I'm still a complete noob at it, but it a healthy hobby at least. I also really enjoy taking pictures, especially of animals. I don't mind sitting forever to wait for the perfect picture. (unfortunately the family isn't as patient lol)
I believe I'd like to get a nice reduced spider, and a pair of het pieds as well.
Aside from ball pythons, I would like to get a Kenyan Sand boa, Brazilian Rainbow Boa, a nice red blood and a couple corns as well. I have a snake addiction, if you couldn't tell.
Get yourself a water bottle and squirt the cat everytime it shows any interest in the cage. Hopefully, it'll become scenery and not dinner soon!
I feel your pain on the rain. We've just started getting rain today, and it hasn't let up. It just dried up from Gustav, but this may be a second round from that particular storm. I'm trying to look at the up side and think how green the grass will be soon. lol
yeah i thought of that but i won't be there full time until december so i'll figure something out.. it should be fine, i don't think (knock on wood) that he would bother boots, but then again i worry too much lol
yeah it stopped raining now but we're not really supposed to get anything until tomorrow
I'm not sure it's a great week, but it's defintely crazy busy!
You doing okay?
ugh, well it was okay til i moved boots last night and realized that i'll have to get a board to cover most of the top since my future roomies cat will inevidentally try to jump on top of his cage and any way you look at that situation, it's not good lol... oh, and it just started pouring down rain thanks to hurricane hanna and probably won't quit til sunday :(
hope you guys make it to the show i'll be there stop by and say hi. that spider was my first one to hatch out this year. Thats not a bad looking Ball on your page either.

Thanks for the add.
It's nice to meet someone somewhat local to me that's into ball pythons too. I occassionally attend the Dixie Show as well. I believe we have a group that is going to try and attend in November. (oh and that's a great spider in your background)
