The best thing you can do is look for someone in your area that is prepared to act as a mentor and go from there, get some training in with a range of different species.

for me it is mate,for some it wouldnt be, you have to be 100% dedicated, I know I work safely with my animals and although there are risks it is pretty safe when all the correct protocols are followed.

Yes I would mate, except in cirtain circumstances, sometimes you get a dry bite, sometimes not much venom would be injected, after any bite you would need to go to hospital and be monitered and AV needs to be ready in case its needed, some snakes then you would always need AV fullstop.

Na never mate, havnt been keeping long though, but theres some people on the forum that have but most people havnt and some people kept for years and never been tagged.
