My earliest memories involve reptiles. They have always been a fixture in my life and something I am very passionate about. I enjoy working with many different species of snake, lizard, and tortoise and enjoy designing their habitats, breeding and keeping programs, and studying their biology equally as much.

My primary interest at this time is in desert herps. I am studying the unique mechanism they have developed that enables their survival in such inhospitable environments.

We feel very blessed to have been able to build my dream collection over the years. We are currently working with Blackheads, Womas, Jungle Carpets, Angolans, Bloods and short-tails, scrub pythons, White-lips, and a few colubrids and sand boas. For lizards, we're keeping various Uromastyx and Chuckwallas, geckos, blue-tongue skinks, prehensile tailed skinks, Rhino iguanas, tegus, and Shinosaurus. Tortoises include all the Pyxis subspecies, Pancakes, Leopards, and Redfoots.

We're always looking for rare chuckwallas and uromastyx, Shinosaurus, Blackheads, and Womas.

I'm a nerd. I read ALL the time when I am indoors and try to stay outside and active as much as possible. One of the most important features of being a herper I have found is learning about science. We get to see it unfold right in front of us so I encourage you to read, study, engage and learn!
