Help a brother out

So I was out in the woods with my dog and girlfriend today and we stumbled across this snake. I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about snakes, but I though that someone here would be able to help. I live in Central Illinois and was in a pretty densely wooded area. well... i have had Lydia for 5 months tomorrow and having exhausted myself with concerns and worries...i am happy to report that not only have i calmed down considerably..but Lydia has grown!!!..her nickname now is "the stomach"....i swear she could eat all day everyday if you let her!!...she shows no sign of being fat either..she's active and gets exercise 4 out of 7 days a week... she was however discovered by our maintenance-man yeterday which scared me to death because ya never know how peo... Crazy Snakes Today

Wow I went into the snake room this morning cut on the lights and turned the heat upto 86 and little by little each snake woke up as they do on a typical day, however today they were all yes all acting anxious and semi aggresive. each one tried to get out or strike at my hand when i changed the water.......never have they done this........I have about 30 in the room Balls,Boas, and Corns. Well, as I have stated in a previous blog I do believe the economy is truly in sad sad shape.  If something doesn't happen soon the DOW will fall well below 8000.  In this bad economy I have struggled to find a job.  I have made ends meet doing little thing here and there just to make ends meet.  My wife and I have made some pretty hefty sacrifices to ensure that our kids and pets have had everything they needed, and I tell you what some of those sacrifices were heartbreaking... Politics - ugly but necessary

I've been involved in politics longer than I've been involved with snakes. I liked snakes earlier and like them more, but I was active in politics first. I don't enjoy politics, but I realize that being involved is necessary.    Being involved means doing many things that I hate doing.
