Hey, I thought I would reply here. Thanks for explaining it all for me. The last time I looked into it, which was years ago, I was told any herptile was fair game to collect except for venomous of course, you couldnt have more than 12 and you could not sell them. I agree wholeheartedly about leaving them in the wild. There are SO MANY snakes bred in captivity now, there really is no use.



I guess my confusion was based on when you said that specific group should be dissolved... I had originally assumed it was simply a group for reptile keepers in CO, never occured to me that it might be about field herping only.....I just like connecting with other reptile people in CO, which is why I started that yahoo group!
