Chris' team played their first games of the season this past weekend against Pittsburgh and won all three games .. way to start the season .. we are off to Boston this weekend for the Elite 8 Hockey Tournament .. way to go boys!!!

I received the email this afternoon that my son Chris made the team .... he is now officially a member of the Washington Capitals "Little Caps" hockey organization .. I am soooo proud of him!!!!!

Tonight is the last night of tryouts for my son Chris!!  Tonight they will cut 10 skaters and 2 goalies!!  They will roster a team of 16 skaters and 2 goalies for the 2008 - 2009 hockey season.

Everyone keep your fingers crossed that as of tomorrow my son will be a member of the Washington Capitals organization!!
